The Power Square 8.6kW IP66 Champion Series Hybrid Solar Inverter is a high-performance 48V hybrid inverter designed for residential and commercial solar energy systems. As part of the Power Square Champion Series, it combines high PV input capacity, dual MPPT technology, battery storage support, grid interaction, generator compatibility, intelligent charging, and IP66-rated protection in one advanced solar power solution.
The Power Square 8.6kW Hybrid Solar Inverter supports up to 16,000W maximum PV input power, making it suitable for larger solar arrays. It provides 8600W rated output power and supports a maximum PV voltage of 500VDC, while its MPPT operating range of 120VDC to 450VDC allows flexible solar string design. The inverter is equipped with 2 MPPT trackers, helping improve solar energy harvesting under varying panel orientations and sunlight conditions.
The Power Square 8.6kW Solar Inverter is designed around a 48V battery system and supports both Lithium-ion and Lead-acid batteries. Its battery voltage range is 40–60VDC, while built-in BMS communication through RS485 enables communication with compatible lithium battery systems. For charging performance, the Champion 8.6kW model supports up to 190A maximum solar charging current, 190A maximum AC charging current, and 190A maximum total charging current.
The Power Square Champion Series Hybrid Inverter includes programmable supply priority for PV, battery, or grid, allowing users to configure the system according to their preferred energy usage strategy. It also supports user-adjustable charging current and voltage, dual-output load management, and connection of two independent AC power sources with automatic switching.
For advanced energy management, the Power Square IP66 Hybrid Solar Inverter supports battery energy export to the AC grid and peak-shaving functionality. It can also support energy storage from a diesel generator, providing additional flexibility in locations where grid supply may be unreliable.
